Payments

We use PayID for customer payments. 

  • PayID is the faster, simpler way to receive payments between participating Australian banks via the New Payments Platform (NPP)

You don’t need to give your credit or debit card details anymore. Just send money via PayID from your bank app.

  • You can send payments without having to ask for, or remember BSB and account details.
  • PayID will display a name J&Boo before you send payment.
  • Payments to participating banks will be received in near real time.
    (if you’ve paid them from that account before)
  • Make sure to add your order number in the description. You will then be able to pay J&Boo who will ensure your payment is safe until your item is received.

How to Pay

  1. Open the bank app.
  2. Select the Pay someone or Pay (depends on the bank)
  3. Select the + sign.
  4. Select PayID ABN or ABN (depends on the bank)
  5. Enter our PayID which is ABN 41541479198
  6. Confirm our name, J&Boo
  7. Enter amount and Order # on reference. (Order Number is on the order confirmation email)

After Payments Completed

  1. We will send a payments received email when payment confirmed.
  2. If your order is “Local Pickup”, please make contact with the vendor via “Inquiry” on the vendor’s store page. 
  3. Arrange a pickup place, date and time.
  4. If you have selected shipping, we will let the vendor know when we receive your payment.
  5. The vendor will send your order and you will receive tracking information.

Dropshipping

Dropshipping from a wholesale supplier is allowed on the “Buy Now”, Schmick Hunter platform, only. If unsure, please check with vendors regarding product availability to minimise delivery timeframes related to dropshipping. Dropshipping is not allowed on our auction.
